No, those actors are not deaf; the fact is that they are not supposed to pay attention to what audience say or do. They have a 'suspension of their disbelief' in place - an artificial state of mind where actors assume roles to the point where their own identity is momentarily forgotten. They do not address to people of the audience individually, they commune human nature. They describe human condition to human entity as a collective. They do not notice audience; to them 'to world is the stage' upon which they are a mere shadows of a fantastic reality.
You have your share of 'suspension of disbelief' as well. Your experience of the enactment of a dramatic situation become so real for you that you do not consider yourself as an outsider audience but very much an actual part of the act. You imagine and feel yourself to be involved in the theatrical actualisation of a fictional reality - something that you really like doing. If the actor or the director whose film you watch would know about you they would be very pleased. This is not a sign of weakness. This in a way is ability - you are so strong in your fancy that the real world momentarily looses its grip on your mind.
But if you are really annoyed by this than it would be very helpful if you would watch TV with for friends, pick out funny situations, anticipate the happenings and pass remarks. This could be a whole lot fun.

It's because actors on tv and live actors are just illusions projected for your amusement. Try shooting your tv and see if that affects the behavior of the actors. Shoot the live mime and see if he takes notice.

Some movies on T.V. are such repeats, I can almost repeat
the exact script for the movie. I really need to get a life.

You must be hoarse watching all those repeats on TV and
crackers, of course, for watching the box anyway.

It's like on horror films - you think they'd know something bad was going to happen from the music.
I always know, why don't they?
I think, my friend, you may well have cracked it.

You are not paying their salaries so they do not have to listen to you or do anything you say. Try offering them money and see what happens.
