Sounds like a nice idea and if we ever get the two sides around a bargaining table, possibly.

Unfortunately, realistically speaking it won't happen in our lifetime. The two sides are far too emotional and diametrically opposed that for both sides to have reasonable expectations of any negotiations being worthwhile, one side would have to have a distinct strategic advantage over the other causing the weaker of the two groups to want to give up hope, save face and end the fighting.

The reasoning in MATH could HELP to run through all OPTIONS to help come to a CONCLUSSION to the thing, but, I wouldn't think that GAME THEORY ANYTHING would help, no. The reasoning in Math and Philosophy parallel, so the two or one of them can help bring solutions to huge problems!
