Easy.
Go to your nearest health food shop, chemist etc and buy a magnesium supplement.
Magnesium acorbate is the one I use. But the malate, orotate forms etc are all good.
Start with a dose that gives you, say, a dose equivivalent to 75mg of magnesium itself. Work up to about 250 mg if you need to.
Magnesium is not a drug - its an essential mineral the lack of causes depression, anxiety and mood swings etc.
Works every time.

extreme solution - get a tent etc. find a mountain. camp alone or with a trusted friend (not sexual partner - too demanding for their own needs to be met). Because you are alone and about 100 miles from the nearest set of ears, u can talk, cry and scream out at the top of your lungs. In other words you are somewhere u can be truly yourself without fear of judgement, condemnation, criticism or comments. Let it all out. This works. And u realise how strong u really are, and how your fear was just that ... fear.

Depends on your lifestyle - I found that taking time out to walk on the beach or climb hills made me appreciate what is really important in life - it's not material possessions or what people think about your actions - it's just being alive and appreciating what a stunning little globe this place is.

Find someone you can safely talk to about your anxiety. I would NOTsuggest a psychiatrist. Or join a peer counseling group, you can find one at www.rc.org It's not a religious group, the rc stands for "Re-evaluation Counseling" (or co-counselling as it's known)

Deep breathing excersizing. Yoga and meditation also help. Staying focused is the key.
