Yes. Go to Belarc.com and download the free Belarc Advisor. Run the program and one of the many things it will list for you is the key you are currently using to run Windows XP. Write that code down so you can reuse it for the reinstall.
HOWEVER, with MS Windows activation, if this code as already been registered on another PC, MS will not activate it on your PC and you will have to purchase a legal license to reinstall XP.
