Dear Anamitra,
It is the design difference. A glance of a female can ignite thoughts in male. When you say 80%, what is the total number people you surveyed? You should have specified what is vulgarity in your mind.
Being a male, I have to sincerely admit that men are easily prone to sexual (if you expect that as vulgarity) thoughts. To a great extend females are responsible for that too. The way they dress and deal with men. You have to rethink on the term "always" too. Try to be little more sincere when passing general comments.

What about ladies?
It starts all from ladies. The dressing pattern, The exposure, The way they behave.
The reason men get these ideas and why they think is because of the ladies again to maximum extent.

u sure it's 80%?if u say so,personally i think tht men r sexually aggressive so they think along those lines always but not all men. certainly most.
