I would have thought the customer service number. If that doesnt work, ring the orderline and ask them for the tel number or address to write to as they are bout to pick up the phone if they think its an order. Good Luck

The most effective way to do it would be to write to their Chairman or Chief Executive. Companies hate getting complaints that way - you should get a response 3 times as fast as just calling in and asking to speak to someone. If you Google 'Chairman Littlewoods plc' it should give you all the contact details.
