she doesnt want to move out, saying she is happy where she is. im finding it so hard to move on. we sleep in seperate rooms, which is horrible. we still go out and about and have fun together and its just like old times together. im getting mixed signals that i dont know how to deal with them.

Does she pay rent? Are you happy supporting someone who's quite obviously abusing you?
Are you just living in hope that she's made a mistake and wants to come back to you?
What advice would you give a friend i the same situaion. You know you would say: She's using you. Tell her to make up her mind.
Sorry - Thre's a book out called "He's just not that into you!" An excellent cut through the muck book. I've given it to my teenage daughters to read. Please see if you can get a copy. Hetersexual/homosexual -makes no diff. She's just not that into you. You're too good for this. Sorry for the heartache, though.

Why don't you kick her out! Why let her rent a room, if you need help with the mortgage rent the room out to someone else. She is having her cake and eating it if you ask me.

You deserve to be with someone who appreciates you. It will probably be difficult for you to start another relationship while she is living there. I'm sure your next girlfriend wont appreciate the fact that you live with your ex.

Be strong, be firm - bin her!

It doesn't matter if it is a same sex or heterosexual relationship - breakups are always tough.

It is a bit contradictory that your ex-partner wants space but doesn't want to move out. I think that you need to talk to her seriously and tell her that you are finding the situation very difficult to deal with and tell her that you are still in love with her.

Maybe you too need some time and space in which case your ex-partner may need to move out for a while.

Breaking up is hard.
But you are better off without that relationship.
It will do your head in.
Put your energy into finding something better, someone who appreciates you more.
There is someone out there who will be delighted to have met you.

Kick her out! If she has genuine feelings she will sort them out, if not then you will have space to move on with your own life.
You probably deserve better than to have your head messed with.....
