Check your pregnancy test how soon after conception it works, you may have taken it too soon. Check again, with an over-the-counter test, or, better yet, a gynaecologist (you can get a prophylactic exam at any time, it's good practice to do so, even without the possibility of being pregnant). When you discuss things with your gynaecologist (I advise that said medical person be female), tell them your troubles and worries, and they can give you the best advice. Supported by the results of the physical examination.

Apparently you can get 'faulse-negative' pregnancy test results up to the first 6 weeks of pregnancy. So yes, you could be. The best time of day to do a test is with the very first urine sample of the morning.
However, tummy cramps ........ i recently miscarried and i had all the symptoms you describe and also had tummy cramps, so if you think you are pregnant i would suggest that you take it easy, no excessive exercise and no alcohol or smoking and take another test in about a weeks time.

It is possible. I understand that sometimes you can get a false negative from the test. Take it a second time, and if still negative, check your calendar to see if you are a week away from your period.
It could just be a bad PMS. Estrogen fades as you get ready to start a period. Estrogen helps keep insulin under control. Insulin, thus, can go wild. The purpose of insulin is to open the "cell's mouths" to let food and water in. Thus, right before your period, insulin is madly tucking food and water in cells, causing bloating and weight gain, which can lead to breast soreness.
The food insulin tucks in cells is blood glucose. If insulin tucks in too much glucose (a condition known as hyperinsulinemia), it can result in there being too little blood glucose in the blood stream for the rest of the body to use during the day (a condition known as hypoglycemia). If the brain senses a low blood sugar condition, it requests food, lots of it, high carb food like chocolate and potato chips and french fries and such. Low blood sugar can bring on the nausea, and possibly the tummy cramps, too.

Yes the first test may have been too soon. My breast got really sore around 6 wks. Need to take test 1st thing in morning when HGC is high wait until you are past your period date. You have good old premenstrual syndrome also. Doctor can do blood work and you would know but if not wait it out.

I'd still wait...these are also signs of PMS! Morning sickness doesn't happen to everyone! I had NO morning sickness with my first pregnancy..but my (ex) husband was sick as a dog every morning BEFORE we found out I was...had a healthy baby girl! (now 16 yrs old) BUT for my next pregnancy...morning sickness BEFORE knowing I was pregnant...was sick the first 3 months...and during the 2nd trimester...had nothing...but suffered again from morning sickness during the last 3 months...had a healthy baby boy (now 14 yrs old!) Divorced and remarried...got pregnant a 3rd time...MORNING SICKNESS BAD!!! Knew I was having a boy..cause ONLY MEN MAKE ME THIS SICK (LOL) and I was right...4th pregnancy...MORNING SICKNESS LIKE THE LAST TWO...KNEW I WAS HAVING A BOY...RIGHT AGAIN!!! SO...every pregnancy is different... good luck!!!

Some people get morning sickness due to pregnancy others dont,
I think you should take a test, how late are you,you need to wait up to 3 weeks after the unprotected sex?
Did your regular method fail you?

Not all women have morning sickness, It could also be hormonal. I tend to eat more at certain times of the month. Breast get tender also. I would have a blood test also because they are more accurate.
