I use a common internet source for surfing
In some sites what is happening the computer is remembering the details and showing options of my previous details.
It is really annoying and I worried about the security issue

Sounds like you have autocomplete turned on. In IE go to the menu bar (File, Edit, etc) go to Tools, down to Internet Options, then click that.
Then go to the Content Tab - go to Personal information where it has an Auto Complete button. Then there you can clear forms, if you have saved passwords, you can clear them there too.

well if ur using Internet Explorer(IE) ..Clear History .. goto tools>IE options and then History Tab ..press clear history

Try changing your browsers settings to erase all history on exit.
