We are both - the same and different. Equal and unequal. Life is a paradox. Truth is a paradox. Ponder those things please.

The only thing I have ever found that makes every person on earth the same is emotions. We all have the same emotions and they're not inventing any new ones. We may have them for different reasons (some are hurt or insulted by one thing but people from some other culture or background aren't) and to varying degrees, but we all know love, anger, warmth, hurt, jealousy, caring, spite, fear... anything and everything.
Basically, it's our hearts that are the same.

We are all equal in importance. But we are all different individuals.

Here's an example: If you are in a court case, you shouldn't get treated any differently from a celebrity or someone with personal ties/ a lot of money.

However, in your daily life among the people you know and love, you're supposed to be treated differently from other people because you ARE different from other people.

I'm not you, and you are not me, but we are equal because every human life is worth the same.

We have equal opportunity, but due to the difference in personalities we have different outcomes in life. Personality is affected by genetics and environment. This explains why some are poor and some are rich, some smart, some dumb, some lazy, some active, etc, etc.

Of course we are all physically different and have different beliefs, attitudes, hopes, fears etc but we are demonstrably the same species and so all have the same value and rights as eachother (not a religious thing just moral). I have no right to put you down nor you me and that goes for everyone. We all have duties to eachother and rights to expect treatment from others that meet certain standards.

Both. We are all designed to same, but our personalities make us different. We all have Free Will and are supposed to have a conscience, but what you chose to do with it are up to you.
