ive won a employment tribunal and found the md has gone bankrupt how do i find out who the offical reciever is?

Apply to the courts? Do you know which court he has been declared bankrupt at?

The Official Receivers Office will be the closest one to their last known business address or if they were declared bankrupt after the business closed it will be the closest Office to their home address.

if the firm is registered bankrupt, dont bother to go any further your wasting your time
