Remind yourself that anger is rarely useful usually a waste of energy, a negative energy that is actually more harmful to you than those around you. Example if you are constantly screaming at people telling them how stupid they are, you are likely to be the one who drops dead of a heart attack. Once that spark of anger ignites snuff it out. Quite literally take a deep breath and step back. Force a smile, show an air of disdain, make it clear that whatever annoyed you had no effect on you - - - in time if you can do this well you will find you disarm your enemies quicker than with anger strike violence. Start with finding the source of your anger. Then learn that most anger hurts the angry. If you can take positive steps to deal with what makes you angry then the anger will lessen.
