Perhaps you need a bigger memory
It cost me £47 for 80gb - more than enough for most people

you can wipe everything of your comp by pressing f8 or f11 ,cant remember witch when you start your comp up.press repeatedly and follow instructions.only problem is it compleatly wipes everything of.so any programmes you have will have to be reinstalled.ie your security music etc.just put them back on after.make sure you have the relevant discs though.

Tools.
Scroll down to internet options.
Delete cookies.
Delete files.
That will speed things up.
You could also run a virus scan from your security system.
