Healthy eating, loads of sit ups, plenty of water and try and do some exercise DVDs. The Charlie Brooks one is really good and has a special section for tummys.

Do 30 minutes of low impact aerobics, eat non fat/ low fat foods, like bagels and salads, drink a gallon of water ,every day ,and walk approx. 2-4 miles on the weekends. I did this,started in January after "c section", weighed 233 lbs. by July, I lost my belly and weighed 168 lbs. I feel great and look like a super hottie.

3meals a day dance when cleaning take the baby to the park good for walking and plenty of fruit veg and water
