Ever since 6th grade, I find this girl I like but I never talk to them, I just crush over them Until it goes away. Now I am in high school, and school and my education is really important for my family and me so I can make money for them. this last year I just passed the 11th grade and now in 12th. My grades were VERY poor simply because of this one girl. I REALLY like her and crush over her ALOT( daydreaming upsessing and all that.) my grades are poor mainly because of her. So I kind of hate her and like at the same time. Ive never said a word to her like mentioned above :( . How can I just concentrate on school work without worrying about girls or my sexlife. Im almost about to lose my mind over this and it's riduculous, because I see all theese other people who accell faster than me, while im stuck in weak classes and doing poorly in them!
help?

Humans always pride themselves to be a higher species because of their ability to think and make decisions. In my opinion, the ability to think is starting to get in the way of our lives. Because people think, and everyone think differently, quarrels and fights are started. Because people think, their school essays get discredited; students are not supposed to think, they are supposed to 'think' like people of the past who had written some books or some form of evidence and include those in the essays. Because people think, those who don't think have to conform to the ideas of the former. Because people think, they cannot come to a decision about some things and it will always be there, never-ending, never gonna be solved. Because people think. Too much in fact. Wouldn't it be good if everyone just do things without thinking too much? Go for it. On impulse. On instinct. Would that make things better? Look what has all the thinking done to us. Yes, we have the technology, the entertainment and everything else which people of the past did not have but we no longer have the simplicity in people. I'm not saying that people in the past did not think but they were smarter. They don't think so much. What's the point of thinking so much and still no conclusion and decision could be made? Doesn't that make you feel worse?
Bottomline: we think too much. Don't k. To whoever this is applicable to.

And just hit the books. You're young. Concentrate on spelling rather than girls for now. You'll find time to get hooked up with a girl later.
And "accell" should be excel. Forget girls, buddy, hit the spelling books!

First I have to say, it is not the girl making you fail. How does she even know what you feel if you do not talk to her. No one else can be responsible for our failures, but ourselves. Girls may be merely a distraction but definitely NOT the reason you have poor grades. Really, that is what we called in the 60s a "Cop Out!" Next, let me say; that in my opinion of course, you are fighting a normal human feeling..We, as humans, are hormonally programmed to have sexual desires. It seems that you are ignoring those feelings; when you should accept them as a part of yourself. Simply, introduce yourself to the girl you are "obsessing over" and let her know you would like to get to know her. Find out what she likes to do, what her interests are (does she like museums, the arts, movies, walks in the park)..She is not a mind reader after all! Also, it is proper etiquette in certain cultures, for the young man to introduce himself to the young lady. Then take it from there..it is all up to you, take that first step! Introduce yourself, you will know one way or another if she is interested. Good luck!

Dun blame the girl for your bad grades.. It's your own fault that all you can think of is "liking this girl", "day-dreaming that girl".
It is time for you to throw away those childish thoughts & actions & think of your future.. You should not let your parents down. Study hard, then you can get good grades & good job.
Girls will come when you are older & successful in your job. No girls will want to be with someone who has no earning power.

This sounds like an unhealthy obsession. Quite blaming this girl for everything and take accountability of your life. I don't mean to sound cruel, but it sounds like you need some counseling--please take it before things get worse. Good luck
