I would say this is a female (Venus was, after all). They are in their mid 40's (circa 44). Good looking (at least in their own eyes). No clue on the nationality -- English speaking I would say, since they're into the Da Vinci Code but I guess that's been translated. Interests I would say include reading and/or movies, art, general "life of the mind" type of stuff. They are looking for a likeminded person to date -- someone with whom they can have intelligent conversation.

Interesting question!

She is a pseudo-intellectual. No intellectual would seriously refer to the Da Vinci Codes. Most probably a librarian with a degree or two, but no brains.

She is looking for the balding 40 year old man who borrowed the Da Vinci Code from the library where she works. He has never spoken a word to her, so she assumes he must be just as 'intellectual' as she is.

if the person says they are circa 44 they could mean they are 44 years old but usually circa means the year they are born so this person was probably born in 1944 making them 62 years old in 2006.
the advertiser refers to themself as venus so is a female.
They are looking for someone who is culturally (art) minded and intelligent but also passionate and thoughtful.
the ad is saying the person has read the book The Da Vinci Code and has their own idea of what the book is about.
