Have your symptoms just started, or have you had them for some time (months)? Do you have other symptoms too, such as tiredness, twitchy eyelids, nightmares or insomnia, or others? If you have had symptoms for some time, and they include some of these others, including the ones you listed - and none of the other answers possibilities check out, then you may have hyperinsulinemia manifesting as hypoglycemia.
These conditions are more common than one might realize, as there is not a national awareness campaign. However, these are conditions that are considered pre-diabetic. If you have a family history of diabetes, you may want to ask your doctor for the tests (see recommendations on www.hufa.org) to rule these conditions out.
For basic information on hypoglycemia, check out www.hufa.org. Especially check out the symptoms link. For basic information on hyperinsulinemia, check out www.mayoclinic.com and search for hyperinsulinemia.
