On an average night, I get between 2 and 3 hours sleep. (I have two children, both very young... so between the two of them waking and needing Mommy... you can imagine!)

I try to nap during the day, but most days I can't. On the days that I actually DO get a nap, I get another 1-2 hours sleep.

I am WORN OUT!!! LOL

Always every people should be sleep maximum 8 hours and more than 6 hours.
So I sleep 6 to 7 hours every night. And I suggested to every student should sleep minimum 6 hours in every night not less than.
