i wanna study overseas after i graduate. but what are the best places? and what's the qualification? please answer this question.

As an American, my opinion is:
1. Cambridge
2. Yale
3. Brown
4. NYU

But it all depends on what you want to study. Depending on what country you come from and what you want to study will determine what the qualifications you need to enter. For American schools you will need an enterance exam, great grades, an essay, and possibly an interview. I'm not sure how cambridge works.
