If everyone who reads these posts take one day per week, find a homeless person and take a shirt, pant or dress and a bag of food and do that every week for a different person. If there are none in your neck of the woods, give the equivalent to the Red Cross. I once gave a lady a U.S dollar and she bowed and thanked me so many times I was embarrassed. She got $130 Nira and I was told it could feed her for a week. I broke down and cried hysterically. There I go again-- I do not know why it is that every time I recount that incident I just break down. I am not a man who cries for anything. I do not even sulk. However every time i recal that incident--there I go again--I wonder what causes that?

Living the golden Rule.Setting the Example. Being true to ones truest self.

Being serious enough, but not take onself too seriously.

Knowing the difference between ones own business and that of others. Minding ones own business and leaving other's business alone. Live and let live.

Obey the Boy Scout Law.

By making everyone actually live in someone elses shoes. Have you seen 30 days. That show teaches people that what they believe in is not always right. And by experiencing life from the other side of the fence is one of the greatest experiences anyone could have to change their opinion on something.

Like Michael Jackson said "If you want to make this world a better place, take a look at yourself and then make a change." All we can really do is change ourselves.

1. Be kinder, smile at the people you meet-it might just be a ray of sunshine in their rainy day.
2. You must BE the change you want to see in the world. Go-help now if you FEEL that something MUST be done.
3. Know yourself in trust and then spread this kindly and warmly to all others.

Make yourself a better person, but not like michel jackson's idea of a better person, started off as a black guy made himself a better person and ended up as a white woman.

The only thing we need to learn is respect (ie. consideration and esteem for ourselves and the world around us). Once we choose to truly respect ourselves, respect for others and our environment follow. When you respect yourself, you will care about the food you eat, the air you breathe, and how others feel. When we learn to respect our minds and our bodies, this world will be a far greater place.
