It is difficult to explain over text. The moon rotates like the earth, as it is orbiting around the earth. One face of the moon always points towards the earth. The way it does this is that it spins as it is orbiting.
Imagine you're walking around a tiger cage and you want to keep your eye on the tiger. So as you're walking around, you rotate your body to always face the middle of the cage. Same thing with the moon. You're the moon, and the tiger is the earth.
Here's a site that explains it in detail.

The time that it takes for the moon to spin around itself and the time that it takes to spin around the world are the same (28 days).
So by the time it comes back over where you live, it's also facing the same direction again.

unlike earth, the moon rotate around earth therefore the face that shown to us is really only the reflection of the sunlight which bounce to earth from the surface of the moon and for your information it is always the same face(side) that we see all year round

it is simple as the time period for 1 rotation at its axis and time period of 1 revolution around the earth are exactly equal, thus the moon always present the same face to earth.
