Details:
When ever my kid has friends over she will call the police and tell them I am having a beer party for teenagers. The cops come over the kids are hanging in back yard as far from her property as possible, by the fire pit drinking pop eating dogs, and marshmallows and just being kids. She calls three, four times a night same scenario. Then she accosts me as I get out of my car
after a day at work and demands "how many more parties are you having this year?" I ignore her and go in the house but not until she calls me a horrible mother, just because I want my kid and her friends around where they can't get in trouble. Now she calls the police on me because I have a loud muffler that A) will be fixed in a week I have an appointment B) is on a car I haven't driven in a week and a half because it needed a new alternator. I have had it, I was almost late for work because of her.

Don't do anything drastic. Document everyhting and then you'll have proof when you file charges or request a restraining order.

House or Apartment? If you live in an apartment. when she's not home stick a tube under her door and squirt stink juice into her place. Find her car and scratch a swastika into the paint.

Have a party outside with loud music. Invite her although she will not come. Make sure its an all nighter

Ignore her. That's a sure shot way of solving this problem. If you try to retaliate in her way it will cause more harm than good to your own health.

plan ... 1 ... check all the bylaws .. call the bylaw office for any infractions.
plan ... 2 ... make her a nice gift of something she needs and wants .. no strings attached .. if she finds out you are a nice person it might change her.

Retaliate by "Completely" igorning her....pretend she does not exist. People hate that.

pretend she doesnt exist, bullies get off on people reacting to them, show no reaction, eventually she'll go off and rattle someone elses chain.

anyway avoid her and if u luckly meet her anywhere just be confident and seariouse even if u were just saying hello back!
