I live in India, I don't want to get a tan... I want to become fair but it's so hot here...?

I am scared that I'll become dark by stepping out in the sun everyday. There's great demand for fair girls, I don't want to become dark and ugly. PLZ HELP!!

bunny, ouch! There is a great DEMAND for fair girls..? On what else is there DEMAND? Use sun block, and wear hats... developing brain won't help you, so you should be at least demanded for your fair skin.

Skin colour is genetic and there is little anyone can do about it. You could avoid the mid-day sun and leave curd on your skin for about 30 minutes after each intense exposure to the sun. However, your skin is considered "sexy" in the western world; so if there is a high demand for fair skin in India, try migrating to a place where your skin colour will be appreciated!

And, by the way, darling, most of the models I see on Indian fashion magazines are beautiful, dusky ones. Now how do you explain that?

take my advice. wear a long chador ( tent like curtin) or Burqua like middle easten women. this will make younot as dark and more pale .. the less vitamin E ( sun ) you get the more pale you will become

1)take two times cold water bath everday
2)start exercise like yogasana bcz yogasana makes body fit
3)take suggestions from ayurvedic doctors
4)dont go out in between 12.00 to 4pm afternoon
bcz on this time indian atmosphere is hot go out from home after 4pm and early in the morning.
