That doesn't make sense. First of all the windows media encoder WILL NEVER get you video from your network. Thats used to encode video into the windows media format which could be used prior to transmission, but not for decoding or capturing from the network. Second, Windows Media player already has a rtsp client built in, so don't go reinventing the wheel. Where is the video coming from? What kind of source? do you have an RTSP server running?
