OK.
> Make sure your hands are clean.
> Place the lense on your finger tip, be sure that your finger tip is not much wet, becaue if it is too wet often the lense keep stck to
it and dont stcks with the eye immediately.
> Open your eyes wide
> Now stare at a distant object while putting the lense in your eye.
> When it is exactly at the center of your vision field, dont blick and put it in.
(For right eye lift your eye lid with your left hand and vice versa)

I never use a mirror to put my lenses in. I just look straight ahead, focus on something and place the lense on my eye... It's easy if you've been wearing contacts for a while. :)

first wash your hands.then put the lense on one of your fingers.for righ eye, look at left, keep the eyelide down and touch the lese on white part of your eye.
