You could try DeTeMedien at www.detemedien.com. They have a link for english on the upper right corner. The site is listing all public phone numbers via a search engine. Just type in his last name, first name, street name and then the house number, Postleitzahl/PLZ (which is the zip) and the city...depending on how many hits you get, you'll probably be able to find your brothers phone number there. If you still need help, send me a pm and we work it out together.

Hi, If you like I can help you. I own a cd with all phone numbers (excluding the secret numbers unfortuantely) valid until 2005. So if your brother hasn't moved address I can find out his number. All I need is his name and possibly his address. As I know his city (Düsseldorf) it will be easy to find out.
By the way, it's not illegal to own such a cd. It's free on sale in Germany.

Don't know about a website but if you phone the international operator they will be able to tell it you, just look in the front of your telephone book and the number will be there!

Well, you didnt tell us if he wants you to find his phone number or not though because if he doesnt then most possibly he has requested to be x directory which wont even show up on this site but you can always try
