I would like a few different evergreen trees planted in my front yard to decorate during Christmas. I would like to keep them pruned down to 6 - 8 feet in height.
What trees will withstand this pruning and still look great and stay healthy? I live in N/W Indiana.

You would have to purchase a dwarf tree, normal trees would not take the pruning.

Blue spruce trees are always nice. My parents have a few in there yard, but they don't trim them.
