Find out what your gifts are. Such as what you are good at. There are many different tests to discover this. And then focus on doing what it is that you are good at and meant for. Then usually you will find that you also enjoy it. It takes many different people to make the world go around. And even if your job is not the top paying, it might be a bigger worth, if you enjoy it, because you are good at it. Then you will have more pride in your work also. Motivating you to keep going and doing better. Growing and learning more everyday. Then you will have a feeling of accomplishment.

Job normally does not come in the same discipline where one is qualified. But happiness from a job can be derived with total involvement with whatever we do. There are diplomas in marketing and sales and one should take this opportunity for furthering interest in the present career.

they say that if fake it long enough it will be. So, fake it. Be happy... think possitive thoughts... put things around you that make you smile... if that fails, get another job - honestly, why stay where you are not happy? I don't think it will really matter - what matters most is happiness and wellbeing. So get out there and find something that makes you wake up looking forward to the day.

First find out an area you are truly passionate about and want to work in.. then you will be motivated to finish your CV and apply for jobs in that area.
Find what you love first.. the rest will follow.

I dont know how to enjoy working. I'm too busy paying off my home heating bill and trying to fill my gass tank to even think if I like working where I'm at or not.

My wife was an exec. a few years ago, and made 79000 her last year. She is taking a job that pays 12.00 an hour due to corporate down sizing...and she is happy to be working! Be happy, you are earning, even if it is not in your chosen field.

Think about what you love and find a job where you can do that.
Don't quit your current job before you figure out what you love and in what type of job you
can do that.

If you don't like your job naturally, you won't be able to be happy, unless if you cheat yourself.
