What is the qualification to work for a coffee shop? How much is the monthly income?

The qualifications is to become a female or become feminine. As such, if you are a male, maybe you need to crossdress to look good as a female or become more feminine. That way, most customers won't mind a thorn amongst the roses as the saying goes!

Hey the places I get my fix at employ males behind the counter although the majority of the staff is female. Can't help you with the wage, pretty sure that it is not going to put you in another tax bracket but if you like working with people, what the heck. Now, I should qualify my statement with the fact that I get my coffee from 2 small owner operated shops, don't do business with the big shops, "Starshipbucks" or "Cariboooo".

Yes, they employ males, see Starbucks. the qualifications involve smiling and breathing, the monthly income is not nearly enough but better then some.

Of course they do! I mean there are more Starbucks male barristers in my country. That...I do not know why.
I've read the employment thingy at Starbucks before but I forgot about most of the requirements. I think you need to have at a college degree or at least be studying at college level and you need to have a friendly personality.
I don't know about the monthly income. Why not just check it out yourself? It won't hurt you know :D

Yes of course.. there are many male barristers.
Wages depend on where the shop is located.. similar rate to other hospitality services.. waiters etc.
