It was about a week after my missed period I noticed sore breasts and that was it! I really still thought naaa not likely. But my freind insisted on my buying a test - when I did it it was so faint I still thought I wasnt preg, I was actually gutted but rang the hotline as I was confused and told me any fint line is a positive.
Im glad I went through that doubt as then I truely knew I was happy to be preg- I may freaked out otherwise!!
From then on I felt awful I had to stay in bed most of teh time as I had no energy- I couldnt even wash myself!
Its about 11-12 weeks if very slim you will notcied a bump and the public will notice. If large you probably wont show till much later or just look fatter.
During the second trimester is the best time- you may loose all your preg symtoms and only realize your preg due to the bump! but it all gets worse again from the 3rd trimester so make the most of it!!!!

Ok, your period started 23 july, if you are on a 28 day cycle, the days you could fall pregnant are as follows (3/4/5/6 August) It is unlikely that you would be feeling anything yet, if you are trying to fall pregnant, tonight is the best night for you to try and also tomorrow. (that's if you haven't had sex the last two days)
It will take about a month for symptoms to show....
You are ovulating right now, go for it now, turn off the computer and get to it.

Common physical changes - conception to 12 weeks
Conception usually occurs about 2 weeks before your next period would have been due (or about two weeks after the start of your last normal period). However, it takes about 6 days for your newly conceived baby to reach your uterus from your fallopian tube, and further 6 days for them to fully implant in the lining of your uterus, to start 'interacting' with your body. This 'interaction' involves your body providing your baby with nourishment through your blood stream, as well as your baby producing hormones that move into your body to support the pregnancy.
Once the baby fully implants, they start to release a hormone called human gonadotrophin hormone (or HCG) into your blood stream. The HCG level starts off very low, but the concentration rapidly increases on the following days to produce physical pregnancy signs in the woman. (HCG levels also provide the basis for detecting a pregnancy with a pregnancy test.) This is the reason why early pregnancy signs do not start to become noticeable until around the time the woman's next period would have been due (or 12 to 14 days after conception). In many cases, a woman will not notice any signs until 1 to 2 weeks after her period was due (or 5 to 6 weeks of the pregnancy), when the HCG level is sufficicently high enough to affect her body.

Other than a missed period, many women experience no "signs" at all. They may never have morning sickness or experience cravings. A pregnancy test is the only way to be sure.

It varies from one person to another. You'll feel dizzy, always tired, you may be throwing up a lot, maybe sensitive to certain smell.. smell of a particular food, or smell of perfume, or someone's B.O. Some mum's will be going in and out of the toilet more often.
The tummy will start to become bigger when approaching 4th month. You can get special gel or lotion from pharmacy to apply on your tummy to avoid stretch marks.

if you mean how much time before it shows and your belly pushes out, well, it is different in everyone. in fact each pregnancy is in itself unique, although some may have similarities each is in itself different and different with each pregnancy in the same individual
