You can't solve it unless the site is yours ;-) . This problem appers on pages that have scripts but in those scripts one or more errors have occured. You should still be able to see the page and interact with it.

These pages are likely PDF pages, being opened by adobe acrobat reader, and your reader is likely out of date.
The other (more likely reason, now that I think of it) reason could be that your Java script is old, and needs updating (Java.sun.com).
Also, try updating your browser itself, but as a last resort.

It happens in some case.
You can not do much about it except that you may refresh the page.
If it persists, close the sight.Move on.
