I would think this:
"Argh, my bloody luck! This is the first time when I witness something so big and there's nobody left to call and start bragging about!"

If the earth is gone I first wouldn't believe it and think it to be a bad dream or something impossible to happen after it has hit me as a reality I would feel the despair of not having anyone to contact any more because everything out there is gone and I'm stuck on the moon with only limited supplies for a certain period of time and a couple of fellow astronauts facing a slow death.

The moon would be hurtled into a violent orbit, most likely spinning out of control toward the sun.... First thought would be an instinct for survival....get off the moon, but then what? Where's Mar's and will its atmosphere sustain life....rats, i don't think so. How long will my oxygen last? Better off to end it now then prolong the agony of a slow death...
In times of danger, people immediately revert to their basic limbic system, the innermost emotion where our instincts dwell. The irrational belief in a god would immediately surface... Rats, nows a fine time to experience the grim reality that there is no god....perchance a passing alien ship will save me...hmmm.

"What would you do in the following situation?"
(All answers copyrighted and all rights reserved including internet, International and electronic rights)"
superbooks.org ANSWERS:
In that case where the earth went up in a firefall, I guess I'd be wishing that I was back there on earth with all my loved ones and not an a bleak, dreary, lonely planet of any other purpose. I'd be so wishing that I wasn't inside of a space ship because if I was it would have meant that all those people in charge of my spacefhip would have gone up in flames and my fate was doomed from the beginning.
Yes, I believe in God and would pray at that moment and every day thereeafter but still I'd have to be human and wish that I wasn't humanly alone at that moment in tmie.
I know that God would answer my prayers, even if the answres might take a year or ten years to be completed. Patience is a virtue and in that situation like you described I'd have to call on every bit of patience, courage and determination that I had inside of me, just in order to survive.
I'd be contacting no one except God. Since everyone else that I might wish to contact would have just gone up in flames.
I'd be in close and constant contact wtih God.
That's about all that I can say right now.
Have a peaceful day~!

I would try to contact the space station. And prepare for a randevous with them. I would fight to survive as long as I could and pray for a miracle. And keep hope alive that there are aliens that will come to my aid. Or that the earth would heal itself,

Initial reaction would be WHOA!! Wouldn't be able to contact ANYONE on Earth, that's for sure. Of course, the idea that "Moon dwellers" would be ON the Moon would cross my mind too, and making provision to contact them.
