Technically there are no limits. If we are to believe what science tells us then our universe is expanding, common belief is that it is somewhere near 150 billion light years across and growing larger every second.
Of course this now causes us to ask, "What is it expanding into?"
The answer here is very hypothetical.
If we are to believe some of the mathematical modelling that has been done, and here I admit I am being selective, then our Universe is part of a larger,"Multiverse". However, this whole construct depends upon the existence of dimensions we cannot experience. So the only really truthful answer to your question is, the only limit to space is your own imagination.

you see anish there is no end for the space it is infinite dimensional or no dimensions at all(Cause no one knows)atleast in fact the matter in the space ends i.e., the sun, stars etc., Anish even these donot end infact really nothing has end in the universe where as it converts from one form of energy to the other(Conservation) Atleast this has a good example i can give you -the black hole.
After the death of a star the star converts to dwarfs futher more to the blackholes.
go on if you have any question about this contact me.

Space is limited by the masses and energies it contains.

SIMPLE: there is none. space keeps expanding as it always will. there are no boundaries. just think about it, like a HUGE WALL in the middle of everything. i know it doesn't make since because there isn't one. duh. hey guess wut, i'm 12....
