not al all. web cam only allows u to see the person u are talking and also sending ur pictures to others. u can chat without it also.

hey frnd first thing actually u shouldnt let any one see ur cam as its reski other thing if u wana use it first make good frndship with him/her then let her see ur cam otherwise dont okz have fun bye
