Sure, it's good for your skin, kills bacteria, closes pores, though it should be used with other products like scrubs, cleansers and masques. There are different types of astringent for different types of skin. Lancome makes great ones for delicate and dry skins. For combination and oily skins, though you should look for something more robust, possibly with alcohol or witch hazel or tea tree oil in them.

astringent is used most with oily skin, it can dry it out so make sure you moisturize also after each use,use as a cleaner at yhe end of the day and maybe in the morning
