I'm so sorry for the pain you're experiencing from loosing your first child at such a young age! None of those crazy positions and whatever else that you are trying are going to work! Time is the greatest healer of all things emotionally, psychologically, and within our physical bodies! There are studies and evidence supporting how our mental state effects our physical bodies! Please allow yourself to do what's needed inside properly you become pregnant again! It will happen naturally! Talk to someone trained about dealing with the lost of your baby boy! I understand your pain! Take your time - you will conceive when the time is right!

Your trouble may not be YOUR trouble, it could be your partner. Just because a man ejaculates doesn't mean that his seed is good. Both of you need to see a doctor and be checked to find out if there is a problem and what it is. My wife and I are both in our second marrage. When my wife married her first husband they tried for years to have a child. They finally went to the doctor a discovered that he was having the problem not her. After finding out what was wrong they had to keep track of all sorts of things like the right time, body temp, elavation, you have to know when you are most fertile and I don't know what all. It can get very complicated. But your doctor can explain all that and advise you if one of you are having some sort of problem. These problems can be caused by things like drugs and poor diet. My wife and her husband followed the doctors advise and finally did have a child but it took them five years after they were married. Anyway I hope this helps and good luck.

Sorry to hear about your son!

Regarding your problems, u r required to go and visit the doctor as soon as possible bcos doctor only can tell you the best option possible.

No position or crazy things people tells you are going to help. Only and only a doctor can advise on these matters.

Good luck! and have a gr8 pregnancy!
