Yes, it's possible to have platonic relationships with the opposite sex. If people were to have sex with everyone they know, then sex don't mean anything anymore & the people don't mean anything anymore. Control your hormones, boy.

As a women I would say yes from personal experience. I have many men friends and none of us have had sex together. (now I am not sure if they are in this for the sex thought. Maybe you can answer that question for me! lol)
Now since you anwered my question you asked me to return the favor. So I did. My question was : What are you thinking about right now

I think its not at all good for a relationship when it can cause the other to be suspicious. I personally saw it almost ruin my marriage. When my wife and I were having problems with our marriage, I felt quite uncomfortable seeing her run off and relate all our issues to him. I do think they did have sex making this a sexual friendship. She denies this ever happened and I let her know everytime I hear his name that I do not wish her to see him anymore. My wife had another "platonic friend" I caught her with him sexually. To this day I don't understand why she would put her friends before me, its going to cause us to split soon at this point. I assume it could work for other people, it never worked with me, anytime I had a platonic friendship with a woman, I had sex with them too. But never while I was married. My platonic girlfriends today are my wife's friends too and was always careful to not put myself in a sexual situation with any of them. I do not associate with them unless my wife is with me. I know a couple of them could be easy to get, but that's not what I want in my marriage. I don't think my wife is being fair, especially when I know in my heart that there is more to this friendship than being platonic.

Is it possible for ME to have a platonic relationship with a girl? No. Absolutley not, because the chance for something unplatonic will always be there.

well, it is not only possible, but a reality. I had that kind of love with a woman for 9 years and it started at my age of 14 and uptil today, at the age of 36, I still love her. BUT you know the most interesting part, she does not want to admit due to her being married and having kids. And I never touched her or tried to tell her that I LOVE YOU. it is just a feeling between us when we are together in family parties and i simply love that feeling, that smell of hers, that sight of hers, it all makes me FILLED up with so much love that I don't ask her for sex or marriage or the usual things. Maybe it is a crazy behaviour for some, but I enjoy that and I dont' feel ashamed of admitting that.

Women will say "yes". Men will say "no". I believe in the movie "When Harry Met Sally", Harry said something to the effect of, "A man cannot be friends with a woman, because he is always going to want to f*ck her". (Okay, this is not verbatim - it's been a long time since I've seen that movie!)

There particularly are no character or character characteristics that word to the full gender, so any compliment could be for a definite woman quite of around the board for all females (or adult males). the only characteristics, different than obtrusive actual characteristics, that particularly word around the board are that adult males desire to have polygamous intercourse and ladies desire to have infants. There are sturdy and undesirable apples in each and each barrel, and there are exceptions to the main worry-unfastened characteristics.

It depends on where you are in life and how you stand towards women in general. How much selfrespect you have not to end up in bed with a woman.
Lust opens the way for disease. Love does not
You'll be your own judge and jury.
