The war began a long time ago; at least this war was just waiting to be ignited. Israel and the rest of the Middle East countries were at war, stopped, started again, stopped, start...will it end? We know it will, through divine intervention!
Lebanese borned in Australia? Why were their forefathers borned in Lebanon in the first place? Why aren't their forefathers borned in Australia generations ago?
What's a Lebanese? What's an Australian? Whos' an Aborigine?
Most Australians were borned somewhere else! If Britian was bombed, what do you think will happen in Australia? Some people will wave the Union Jacks?
So, if given a choice, the 'Lebanese' in Australia might have chosen to be borned in USA, be American citizens? Alas, the choice was not for them to choose. Just as you did not choose your father, neither were you given a choice to choose your family and where you will be borned...
We need to think as everyone should be equal (most of us are borned with a pair of eyes, 2 ears, 1 mouth, 2 arms and 2 legs, etc). We are created to love one another. Just do it! Get on with live. Live in peace. Peace cannot come before Love. Start to learn Love. Love conquer all fear! Wars and killings are caused by Fear, Greed, and all things negative.
Let's start by being nice to our family, friends and neighbours. No one ever punish their loved one unless it is for their good! Killing is certainly not one of the punishment method to inculcate goodness.

No, I don't agree with them.
It is easy for them to stand there, far away from danger, and criticize the only action Israel can take to defend its citizens from destruction at the hands of a ruthless enemy.
If they lived in Israel, hiding in a sweltering hot bomb shelter during hot summer days and nights with little food and water, while Kassams fell all around them, destroying their homes and terrifying their children, they would probably feel differently.
They certainly would not glorify the instigator of this disaster.
And in answer to rle_, Israel has not occupied Lebanese land for years. Furthermore, Hezbollah not "only" kidnapped soldiers, but they fired around 100 missiles on Israeli cities before Israel retaliated. (Now they have fired thousands.) So, no, Israel did not start this.
And Nasrallah should stop hiding his terrorists in the midst of civillians and firing missiles from the top of apartment buildings. His cynical use of the Lebanese people as human shields is appalling.

Not just Sydney, but London, Paris, Venezuela, Germany, Egypt, Africa, every where. The world knows this is mass murder under the guise of fighting Terrorism. The world has a long memory and it is amazing that after all this has finished what has Israel gained? More hate and vitriol from the rest of the world. that is the sad part.

Hezbollah it's not a terrorist organization(it a terrorist organization according only to 3 countries in the world:US,Israel and Canada)...And I don't recall Hezbollah being the one that dropped the first bomb and killing hundred of innocent children...So yes I agree with the people that are protesting in Sydney...

those who protested in Sydney want nothing but peace, and by the way Israel started it, they are wrong for occupying Lebanese land and kidnapping thousands of Lebanese civilians for years. If you do not know that do not blame other people for you ignorance, they could so easily stop the war right now but they are insisting on killing more and more civilians

Hey... many of those protesters proudly marched in protest against the US invasion of Iraq. They march with flags and banners... not with guns! They call for 'peace'... not war! Had your President listened to them and the millions more who protested around the world... 2,500 plus of your brave military personnel, and 40,000 plus innocent Iraqi civilians would still be alive today! If protesting in Sydney can help to save even one life in Israel or Lebanon, then good on them.
Power to the people of peace!!!

Yes, I'm agree whit them. I don't now if it will work, or if someone will care about their protest, but is good they try. I think that Israel and his allays started this war. Don't you find anything suspect here? This war started because of just 2 people. If it wasn't this reason they would have found another.

I believe in freedom of speech and all that but.....
Lets look at the facts..... both these countries and its people have been fighting for yonks.... they are in Australia now, and they shouldn't bring their problems and hatred here!
Its not our territory.... we have our own troubles sorting out peace in East Timor, Solomon Islands.... and trying to give brains to North Korea.
