This is what has happened in the west bank with the Speaker of the Palestinian parliament and up to 20 others members being detained by Israel. So could the Lebanese government legally detain members of the Israeli cabinet for the bombing of its territory?

Sure they could, if Lebanon had an army that was worth the powder it would take to blow them away. It's not likely to happen during the next 25 years. By that time, hopefully, the Israeli army will have rid Lebanon of the HezBULLies, and Lebanon and Israel will be at peace with each other.

this is one of the hardest questions that has been asked here for a while.....he is a member of Hamas, and he has fought along side of them, not just a sit back guy.....I think it is wrong, but can see the mindset......as for Lebanon....well, it is so nice to have this straightened out, I thought that the Hezbollah was bombing the Israelis, and the chance that Lebanon could ever get close enough to the Cabinet of Israel is very unlikely....in fact I dare say impossible
