recently someone told me that they believes he knew me in his past life but that maybe it was my current life. Okay I'm pretty sceptical but it has me thinkgin for sure.. because of how strong my feelinsg for this person in particular how comfortable i am with him. He is 18 yrs younger than me and was born the year i graduated high school. I am now in a different country from my birth and we do not share cluture language nor socio-economic lvels (something very imoprtant in my host culture. )So is this possible--i am interested in the Christian perspective since i am a strong believer and devoted to Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. thanks.

Jesus was NOT reincarnated! He was raised from the dead, there is a BIG difference.

I am a Christian myself but after a trip to India and meeting a lot of Buddhists it got me thinking too. Officially there is nothing in Christian doctrine to support reincarnation (as far as I know) but I do know that some Jewish groups believe that the soul of a righteous man or woman or a child can reincarnate if their lives ended prematurely in an extremely violent way.

There is however no direct mention in the Old or New Testament of reincarnation in the meaning of a transfer of the soul. All references in the bible about being "born again" are about accepting Christ as your Lord and Saviour in this life and not about the reincarnation of one soul in different bodies.

It is however an interesting topic which I will continue to explore. God Bless You!

The Bible says that it is appointed unto man a time to die and after that the judgment, so there is no second life, no second chance - sorry.
