Buddhism is quite a structured religion. Start with the Four Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path, then look into meditation and stuff.

Join one your local area. Buddhism originated in India about 3000 yrs ago from Hinduism. It teaches you to find your Nirvana and peaceful life. Go for it, it will enlighten you and achieve better understand of your being and being among others.
