what are your ideas on myspace?
is it really worth the time and effort that some people put into it?

I think it's a pretty decent place to keep in touch with people. I also liked the idea of constructing my own web page in a realtivley easy manner. I have sold books [ text for school] on there, and been reunited with old friends.
But, there are some people who invest way too much time into the construction of their pages, especially when myspace seems to be constantly on the edge of crashing.
Ahh well, in the end, it's fun.
But like all things : moderation.
Something I need to remind myself with the computer in general.

Ive had a myspace for just over a year. I have to say, its really addictive. Im constantly working on my page & adding new stuff to it & its a good way to meet people with common interests.
I made a few really good friends out of it too, so for me it was definitely worth the time & effort!

its a great site for socializing in a cyber manner.
the code scripting feature however is beginning to be outshined by friendster. seriously speaking, the tables of myspace dont really give enough room for creativity.

i have one - and it can be fun - its also a good way to be rude to people without them finding out - altho i think it will get old fast
