Hi,
See below:
The "ultimate weapon" in the battle against nuisance cats is lion droppings, according to a cat charity.
The Cats Protection League (CPL) says that rather than using harmful substances to keep the pesky felines away, a dose of droppings will do the trick.
Silent Roar, as the droppings are called, can be bought at garden centres and pet shops and are becoming a popular feature in gardens.

The price is very reasonable...

You can try placing bottles of water around your garden, cats dont like the glare they make when the sun hits the bottles.
Orange peel also works well, cats do not like the smell.
Hope this helps

Shoot the F*****S, a great tip I was given and this one works, buy a tin of really good cat food, crush up some paracetamol tabs, mix it up and let the cats eat it. They die in a day or so. Cats are paracetamol in tolerant. For dogs same thing but use good dog food and chocolate, chocolate knackers up there Central nervous system.

you will get a type of sprays in puppy shops and backyard shops - pepper scented sprays that you placed on your partitions and backyard that the cats don't love the smell of. notwithstanding, a cheap and valuable way is to apply oranges and lemons. Cats are very smooth to citric acid, it stings their noses a lot more effective than it stings ours (it would not harm them notwithstanding, basically deters them). So, each and every couple of days, peel an orange and a lemon, and throw the rinds round your backyard the position the cat is going. it ought to with slightly of luck placed him off. If not, attempt increasing the quantity of rind you placed out. also, in case you capture him doing it, throw a pitcher of water over him or objective him with the hose - they HATE water. this can seem slightly cruel, notwithstanding it received't harm him (except that's a ability hose or something :P ), and may help your concern.

Dogs don't really work, our neighbours cat still comes in even though our dogs would rip it apart if they caught it. You can buy cat repellent spray from most pet stores. Don't buy any of those noise emmiters, they simply don't work.
And its spiders that eat garden pests, not cats. Cat poo is really dangerous, especially for young children

If you have a hawthorn hedge , after you trim it leave the trimmings around where the cats come into your garden. Otherwise use barbed wire.
