The boomerang was invented in Australia by Aboriginal hunters. If a boomerang missed it's target it can fly back to the owner, thus saving him a walk to retrieve it. But can it be used as a weapon to actually Murder someone ? We're not talking about flaming boomerangs or razor sharp metal boomerangs like in that Mel Gibson movie "The Road Warrior". But Just a regular wood boomerang. Can it kill ?

SO today i was at a park with a friend and there was an individual with a few boomerangs practicing his throws, we were pretty much in front of him but about 100 yards or so away so we felt safe, hes an older man and im young, he got one stuck in a tree so i figured id climb up and grab it for him so i got up and slowly made my way to the tree telling him to hold on and wavering my arms in the air, as i climb the tree and locate the lost boomerang, it feels like someone just cold ****** me on the top of the head and i just stood still for a minute trying to figure it out, it didn't hurt at all and i really wasn't even phased, and i notice my friend and the man running frantically up to me, and i also notice a steady stream of blood gushing out of my forehead into my eyes, APPARENTLY the man felt he could throw his last one and it wouldn't hit me, APPARENTLY he was wrong and he got a direct hit on me. so i get down and tell the guy its cool and he hands me a 20 and is very apologetic, so i say its fine and we walk off to a friends house to get me cleaned up, i have a huge gash in my head and im pretty sure a bruise on the bone, so yes im sure these things can kill if thrown hard enough and skillfully. LUCKILY this guy was no superstar. major headache.

Yes it can with the fast speed hitting you in the head in the wrong spot sure it could kill.
