There is likely some state that forgot to repeal laws relating to this. There used to be an island just away from Savannah in Georgia where people used to go to duel. Otherwise there are plenty of very remote areas where consulting adults could probably get it on.
You haven't said what method you would use: guns and 10 paces is always the number on; but there is swords or guns and stalking (like paint ball etc) Or if you are on british comedy then squeezy bottle of ketcup work just as well for comedic value!

Man I don't know, but that would be kind of funny..... I might guess Kentucky, but I seriously doubt that it is legal anywhere. What ever happened to settling things with a fist fight?
