The most sensitive region present in the human body must be the most protected area. The human brain is most protected, therefore, it is the most sensitive region.

It depends. Sensitive to what? The eye is the most sensitive to light. The ear is the most sensitive to sound. Children are usually told that fingertips are the most sensitive body part but I think the clitoris is much more sensitive considering the number of nerve endings and from personal experience. I'm not sure how it would fare in the paper clip experiment they have kids do though.
