Try ubid.com. I haven't been there in a long time, but someone recommended the site to me before I got my laptop as a gift. I'm not sure where the gift came from. :-) If you have no qualms about supporting the Evil Empire, you might check out walmart.com.

If you're interested in a particular brand, you can try their own site, Dell Auctions (not promoting) for one...that's for reconditioned models and things (perhaps without operating system disks), but prices are quite cheap. Not sure where you're located, but in the U.S., try sites like Circuit City and Best Buys, who usually have a few items at good prices
