a tie...
Hello Dolly...and Yentl.

From Yentl...the song Babs sings when she realises something must give with Hadass' love for her..."Will Someone Ever Look At Me That Way?" and the end song "Papa can you hear me" are both exquisite.

In Hello Dolly...when Dolly Levi quietly begins to sing "When the parade passes by"...is just a thing of beauty. The first forty seconds or so of the song...before she breaks out with that fabulous lungpower of hers...is divine.

I like the entire score from both movies...but those songs do it for me in a way that moves me beyond words. And if I stumble upon them...the movies on cable...while surfing...I am helpless but to sit and watch them to the end. And I am not even a Streisand fan...nor do I own any of her albums. Go figure...

Fiddler on the Roof--i individually have been given to be in it, and it is a moving play with astounding song and intensely humorous aspects. i admire the story line. Les Miserables has astounding song besides, it is an extremely unhappy play, usual, yet i could strongly recommend renting or determining to purchase the 10th anniversary forged recording (action picture or soundtrack) and in basic terms appreciate the dazzling storyline. Little save of Horrors-it is in basic terms humorous. i admire Rick Moranis. you will like it, assured. The Sound of song and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang are classic musical video clips. besides to those, I strongly recommend song guy and Oklahoma. Mama Mia is dazzling, in case you appreciate ABBA. lease is effective, regardless of in case you do not consider the homosexuality in it (don't be a homophobe, the storyline is wonderous). Phantom of the Opera is dazzling. The Broadway attractiveness and the Beast is super. I strongly recommend A humorous factor occurred on a thank you to the communicate board. maximum folk have not ever seen it, it is way previous. It stars 0 Mostel and it has Michael Crawford while he grew to become into approximately 19. it is slightly racey for it's time, regardless of if it is a brilliant action picture. My honest woman, The King and that i...in basic terms wow, i admire musicals! wish that facilitates. Musicals make the worldwide style extra useful.

"SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER"

It made John Travolta a bonafide superstar - and personified an era in pop culture. It's ironic, but I was SO into rock n' roll at the time, I wouldn't even watch it for at least 3 years! Now, however, I look back with nostalgia, and realize what a great classic movie - with great classic music - it really WAS!!!!!

I love ALL the songs from this movie, but "How Deep is Your Love?" and "If I Can't Have You" are really special favorites.
