Yes. They outlawed gambling over most of the usa years ago when there was problems with crime associated with it. This is no longer the case. Every man and woman in America should have the right to place wagers if they so desire. We don't need the government standing over us like like we are little children. We can think and do for our ownself. The government should provide education on gambling, they shouldn't tell us if we can or cannot make a wager on something. It's not their job to do that if you ask me. Why is it okay for them to rape people through the lottery to make one man rich? If you can gamble against the state on lottery, it makes no sense what so ever that you can't walk into a casino and gamble. I don't care what sort of bs argument they can come up with, it can be right to gamble against the state and it not be right to gamble against a casino. It's like the government has powers to turn people into mindless sheep. The government can mold and shape how the average person thinks and feels. It's nuts. Let freedom ring!

You can gamble in practically all of the 50 states (maybe not Utah).

I say let the states decide. I kinda like keeping the gambling to only a few cities/states. It makes them a destination.

Why? you're gonna lose everytime. The house always wins. You are giving dumb people false hopes that they can actually win in games where the house edge is rigged so your chances are slim to none.
