in earlier episodes orochimaru put a curse seal on sasuke's neck. this grew over time. after some time four ninjas came to retreive him for orochimaru and made it possible for him to open the seal to level 2. so that is curse seal level 2.

OK Sasuke looks gay really he dose and he is my favorite guy he gets wings yes but they are like weird hand webbed hands his eyes turn into weird star shaped pupils and his skin is sorta brownish to his lips... it looks like he is wearing lipstick very bad i just wish they could make him look more manly
